We aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day if the order is place before 2:30pm.
1. It is the responsibility of the customer to advise us at the time of placing orders of any dates or times when delivery will not be possible.
2. Any goods or part thereof which are missing or damaged must be signed for as such by the customer on the Proof of Delivery. No claims for damage or shortages will be accepted where the customer does not comply with this requirement.
3. Please note that if no-one is in to sign for a delivery and a redelivery is required, there will be an extra charge applicable for each redelivery or attempted redelivery (details on request).
4. No responsibility for damage, loss, theft or anything else can be accepted where the customer requests goods to be left at the premises without signature of a POD by the customer.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for any issues with delivery of 3rd party orders as there is no direct relationship between Mansam Products Ltd and the consignee.

We accept returns if they are returned in good sellable condition, at the buyers expense. There may also be a restocking charge.
